Poultry Farm Project In Mozambique

A cold blast air in February last year, three customers from Mozambique found us in our website and told us that they would like to expand their poultry farm, hence they want much more layer cages, we picked up them in zhengzhou Highway station at 8:00pm and have a good dinner together .The next day we visited our factory and checked the product material and process ,they are very contented for us .At once he decided to buy 40 container and we made offer again and they paid us cash in deposit.

Their poultry house size is L 102m by W 14m by H 3m,So we design the project based on house dimension ,it is 4 tier 5 cell layer cage ,one unit is120birds , in total 4row ,each row can hold 48units ,the total amount birds number is 48units by 4row by120birds/unit equal 23040birds in one house .

After 3 weeks , we finished their product .they are very happy and satisfied when they got the goods on time .The following is the detailed project.

After half year ,our customer feedback is our cage is long durable and there is not any corrosion , they are very smooth and the layer bird grow heath and produce much eggs, their president have a look at them and discuss at the their exhibition.
